However, the majority of our work is conducted in partnership with independent contractors, whom we provide with freight assignments to deliver across the country.

Benefits

No forced dispatch; ICs set their own schedules. We partner with a trusted factoring company for same-day or 24-hour payouts. Support is available 24/7 via email, phone, text, or website. Fees: 8%-10% service plus 3% factoring, totaling 11%-13% per load.

Bonus Offer

Our bonus offer gradually reduces the per-load percentage based on independent contractor (IC) performance, load acceptance rates, and total earnings accumulated over a 90-day period. The specific targets set for this incentive are $24,000 in earnings for cargo and sprinter vans, and $35,000 for box trucks. Once these earnings goals are achieved, the reduced rate is applied for the entire duration of the contract, with a maximum cap set at 3%.

• COI listing T Star Courier Service LLC as Certificate Holder

• Valid driver’s license and current registration
